The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience as a technical officer in a recognized organization, and NDT / HND or equivalent technical qualification.
The candidate should be able to monitoring and carrying out the total construction work, keeping daily records and material usage at assigned locations.
The candidate should have the ability to work independently, work under pressure, and possess good communication skills.
The candidate should be situated around Colombo, Batticaloa and Vavuniya surrounding areas.
The candidate's age should be below 35 (Male).
