Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and the onboarding process.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing in the field of human resources.
