Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and the onboarding process.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in the field of human resources.
