Job Profile

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, telephone calls and maintaining the customer friendly environment.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Customer care mindset
  • Team player
