Due to the rapid expansion of the company, applications are invited for the following vacancy from suitable candidates.
MARKETING - EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose:
To execute day-to-day marketing tasks including campaign rollouts, social media management, and event support, contributing to the brand visibility and outreach of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Distribute marketing materials to internal partners and branches.
- Assist in on-ground promotional activities and product launches.
- Collect market and competitor insights for reporting.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and suppliers to deliver promotional items.
- Update customer databases and progress reports.
- Monitor engagement metrics and support in basic reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work in a team and handle fieldwork if required.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
