Our team is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are now looking for a dedicated professional to join us as an Intern - Compliance.
What you need to do
- Assist in ensuring compliance with management system requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000:2018) across all operational locations.
- Support the process of obtaining or renewing required licenses and permits.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with legal, client, company, and other applicable requirements.
- Analyze data related to health & safety, sustainability, etc., identify trends or patterns, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Assist in incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure that identified deviations are addressed in a timely manner.
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree from a recognized university.
- Proficient in the MS Office package.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Demonstrates the ability to excel in both team-oriented and self-directed environments.
- Willingness to travel to all operating locations as required.
