MERCHANDISER - BULK
(BASED AT ATHURUGIRIYA)
Scope
We are on the lookout for a young, energetic individual, matching below given job profile who is talented, passionate, in detail with the ability to deliver results on time and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills together with a hardworking attitude towards delivering and objectives and working seamlessly in a team environment will be essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to users in terms of troubleshooting problems, identifying and correcting issues and providing solutions to manufacturing locations.
Responsibilities
- Effectively co-ordinate the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre-defined delivery targets.
- Responsible to manage critical path and bear responsibility for 100% customer co-ordination and 100% on time performance.
- Work with planning team to book capacity, with development team on future forecasts and book greige prior to receipt of orders.
- In depth understanding on related process and systems in order to provide solutions to manufacturing locations.
- Accountable for relevant customer account and managing entire process from development, order confirmation to delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or diploma in Clothing Technology.
- 1 - 2 years of merchandising and bulk experience.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially on macro functionality.
- Sound communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation & Analytical Skills.
