Executive Chef
Take charge of our kitchen operations! Lead the team, design creative menus, manage inventory and costs, and ensure top-notch food quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Sous Chef or Executive Chef role
- Strong leadership & culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience managing kitchen staff and suppliers
- Overseas experience is a plus
Senior Steward
Supervise our stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and smooth back-of-house operations. Maintain hygiene across kitchen and service areas, manage cleaning schedules, and control stock of supplies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in stewarding or a similar supervisory role
- Solid hygiene knowledge & team management skills
- Overseas experience is a plus
Trainee Stewards - Restaurant
Kick start your hospitality career! Assist the service team, maintain dining area cleanliness, and help with setup and clearance.
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed - we provide full training
- Positive attitude, punctuality & willingness to learn
