As our Product & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll manage bookings for accommodation, transport, and activities, ensuring every detail is logged accurately and within budget. Whether it’s confirming a reservation or processing a logistics issue, you’ll play a pivotal role in making it happen. You’ll also support our Customer Service and Reservations teams, delivering accurate feedback and improving processes where needed. Your commitment to excellence will help us keep our travellers—and our suppliers—happy!
This is a full-time permanent position, operating in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo.
