We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Executive
Panasian Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy for the country. With a vision of enhancing the power requirement of the region while preserving the environment, PAP is committed to a brighter, cleaner, and more sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the operations of the company fall in line with the Enterprises Risk Management framework.
- Closely work with the PAP team to collect relevant information for the assessment of Risk/ Compliance.
- Support formulating new policies and amending existing ones to ensure compliance with business /regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with legal consultants’ in all matters related to Risk and Compliance.
- Coordinating the internal audit functions of the company.
Qualifications
- Degree or similar qualification in Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant field.
- Minimum 02-03 Years Experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Having a driving license is an added advantage.
