INBOUND TOURS EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel industry
  • In-depth knowledge of tour sights and cultural considerations in Sri Lanka
  • Knowledge of handling inquiries and travel itineraries including hotel contracting, negotiation of hotel rates, costing, quoting and completing the bookings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
  • Experience in handling India, Far East, Middle Ease, UK and Europe market would be an added advantage
  • Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage

ASSISTANT MANAGER INBOUND TOURS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in inbound travel and tourism industry
  • Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
  • Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional friendly attitude
