Eco-System Development Manager
As a Cloud Eco-System Development Manager, you're the expert on market insight, customer relationship development, and the project realization.
The Role
- Define Market Strategy: Market analyze, perform segmentation and volume estimation, and make competitiveness analysis. Define the market entry, enlargement and sustain strategy.
- Explore and identify key account in the defined industry/segment. Perform account insight about the market position, business portfolio, investment structure and organization structure.
- Develop organizational and long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, manage contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Define commercial model. Develops and drive the engagement with business partners; Works towards nurturing the existing accounts.
- Lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CXOs, and Evaluation Committees acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities. Maintain executive level interaction with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key Company stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for CLOUD to deliver values to customer.
- Manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Keeping abreast and insight of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources including: sales, solution, service and manage resources to meet performance objectives and requirements.
This role would match your profile;
- Minimum of 6–8 years of business development experience in the Cloud Software Ecosystem market, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Direct sales experiences with account or partner sales approach will be a plus.
- Experience leading a cloud marketing team is an advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred skills;
- Strong understanding of cloud trends and the ability to influence the cloud market.
- Familiarity with the open-source technology landscape.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and cloud-native technologies.
- Passionate and driven in cultivating new markets.
