Manager/Assistant Manager - Tender
The role
- Complete offers in the form of Tender, Quotations and Costings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with clients & principals in effective manner.
- Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to smoothen the sales & after sales functions.
- Update the ERP system according to the organizational policies, procedures to achieve the SLAs.
- Prepare the management reports as per the business requirements.
The Person
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience related to instrumentation industry in the capacity of Tender Asst. Manager or above.
- Bachelors degree in Science or Business Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track records in managing a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suit & ERP system.
