CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE

Ceylan Worldwide Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the apparel and promotional products industry. We specialize in high-quality branded merchandise including T-shirts, caps, bags, and more, tailored to elevate our clients’ visibility and brand impact.

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are on the lookout for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our energetic team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Assist in generating sales leads and supporting sales follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
