Pattern Maker (Sewing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate patterns based on design sketches or specifications.
- Modify existing patterns to improve fit, design, or production efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers, sample makers, and production teams.
- Digitize and grade patterns for different sizes using CAD software (if applicable).
- Conduct sample fittings and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure patterns align with production standards and fabric constraints.
Requirement:
- Proven experience in pattern making for the apparel industry. (Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.)
- Knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.
- Familiarity with pattern drafting tools (manual or digital).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurements.
- Team player with good communication skills.
