SENIOR MANAGER - CREDIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the credit department to achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Formulate and implement credit policies and procedures.
- Drive initiatives to improve credit evaluation processes and turnaround times.
- Collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 12 years of experience in credit management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
MANAGER - CREDIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the credit approval process.
- Ensure timely and efficient disbursement of credit facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risks.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
