We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic LOCAL talents for the following positions:
DIVE INSTRUCTOR
SALARY MVR 15,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Dive Center.
- Conduct scuba diving lessons and certification programs safely and professionally.
- Lead guided dives and discover scuba experiences for guests.
- Ensure guest safety through proper briefings, supervision, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain diving equipment and keep accurate records of dives and certifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote marine conservation.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and maintain valid certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR).
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Dive Instructor.
- Certified Dive Instructor.
- Physically fit.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience as a dive instructor preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of diving safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Ability to teach and lead groups of various skill levels.
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented.
