MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
K & A Engineers (Pvt) Ltd is a Leading air conditioning, refrigeration and maintenance Service Provider in Sri Lanka. We are experts in the design, installation, maintenance and repairs of all types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Service & Maintenance staff as the in-charge of the Department
- Ability to prepare forecasts & Reports as per the requests of the Management
- Keep track & follow up on all the completed, ongoing & pending work (Documented)
- Capability of working long hours under pressure.
- Attend to meetings and site visits for estimation & inspection purposes
Main Requirements
- NDT / HND / NVQ Level 6 or Higher Qualification
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Repair & maintenance of CHILLERS / COOLING TOWERS / PACKAGED UNITS / VRF & SPLIT Air Conditioning Units
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same or senior technical role
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Proven track record in A/C & Ventilation field
- Should be well versed in MS Office package
