RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the Head of Demand Planning, you will drive growth by forecasting demand across vehicle categories and regions using data analysis and market trends. You'll work closely with CLM and Marketing to align campaigns with demand strategies, leveraging analytics tools for real-time insights. Your projections will support data-driven decisions for geographic expansion, category focus, and long-term business planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field with proven experience in demand planning, strategy, or data analysis.
- Skills & Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is essential. Prior experience in logistics, mobility, or tech platforms, along with knowledge of customer segmentation, marketing funnels, and lifecycle strategies, is highly preferred.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with CLM, marketing, operations, and product teams. Excellent communication and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
