WE ARE LOOKING
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
LOANS TEAM
YOU ARE EXPECTED TO
- Identify potential loan customers
- Promote personal loans, housing loans, and other lending products
- Achieve monthly loan business targets
- Organize engagement activities and campaigns to promote loan products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours and under given timelines
ELIGIBILITY
- GCE A/L qualification would be a minimum requirement
- Prior experience in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage
- Previous banking or financial institution experience will be a plus point to consider for higher designations
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-driven personality
- Ability to communicate in all 3 languages will be an added advantage
- Passion for field sales and build customer relationships
