Job Description
We are one of the most prominent and pioneering mixed Development projects in Colombo comprising of Office, Residential and a Shopping Mall. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions.
A/C Technician
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service Central A/C systems, including high-capacity Chillers, Package A/C systems, Cooling Towers, Chilled and Condenser Water Pumps, and associated control systems.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Central A/C systems, preferably with screw or reciprocating compressor chilled water systems and Air Handling Units in hotels or shopping malls.
- Knowledge of Cooling Tower operation and mechanisms.
- Experience with large Package A/C systems.
- Proficient in gas charging, vacuuming, and leak detection in refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with pump control systems (Star/Delta).
- Completion of a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning course, preferably from the Sri Lanka-German Training Institute (SLGTI) or an NVQ qualification.
General Technician (with Plumbing Experience)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems in the building.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance plumbing within a commercial institution.
- Basic knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
- General understanding of air conditioning systems.
- Experience in wall painting/colour washing in commercial buildings.
- NVQ qualification is an added advantage.
