WE’RE HIRING

MANAGER - FINANCE & ADMIN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong skills in daily financial management and cash flow handling
  • Experience in supervising finance teams and ensuring operational accountability
  • Full responsibility for payroll, including EPF/ETF calculations, statutory deductions, and reconciliations
  • Expertise in managing payables/receivables, ledger maintenance, and supporting documentation
  • Timely preparation and submission of VAT reports, tax filings, and all statutory documentation
  • Oversight of HR-related finance functions, including maintaining employee records
  • Creation and maintenance of individual staff files and HR-related schedules (e.g., leave, attendance, and payroll support)

Mandatory requirements:

  • Professional-level proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
  • Qualified or part-qualified in Accounting/Finance (CIMA/ACCA/CA or equivalent) – Mandatory.
  • Excellent proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software is mandatory.
