Office Administration & Coordination

Office Manager

  • Day to day management of the office and campus premises to ensure an efficient, organized and productive work environment
  • Managing all facilities including infrastructure, supplies, IT, security, safety and utilities optimum standards
  • Directly supervising security, cleaning and general administration staff by motivating, directing and monitoring their performance
  • HR and administration functions of all staff members including attendance, punctuality and compliance to guidelines and regulations
  • Manage staff welfare activities, organizing events and activities to motivate staff, enhance ownership and commitment

Front office and Student services Executive

  • Function as the first point of contact for students and coordinate between the students and the relevant departments
  • Respond to student requests and provide assistance in student administration matters, issuing documents
  • Managing the Student services area in an organized manner coordinating with the administration staff
  • Support admissions and marketing teams in the process of student registration and other related activities

Librarian

  • Managing the library services according to the guidelines and regulations of the university
  • Ensure that the process of issuing and returning of books is managed properly
  • Maintain the library environment in an optimum manner facilitating reading and studying
  • Work with the academic staff to upgrade the library facilities learning resources

Qualifications, Experience & Personality Attributes

  • A good command of English is a MUST.
  • Charismatic, well-groomed and pleasant personalities.
  • Efficient, responsible, well-organized in what they do.

Remuneration
