RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer interactions and rental bookings across app, web, and contact center platforms while supporting rental campaign coordination with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor service performance by analyzing metrics, customer feedback, and ensuring SOP and SLA compliance through regular quality checks.
  • Support process improvements by maintaining documentation, assisting in training initiatives, and delivering performance reports on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational & Industry Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Customer Service, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in ride-hailing or logistics operations preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Technical & Analytical Ability: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with a sharp analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
