Position Overview:
The Stores Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of a store or warehouse by managing inventory, overseeing logistics, and maintaining precise records. This role demands a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with various stakeholders to achieve operational and sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Stores: Oversee daily store operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Lead Team: Provide guidance and motivation to store managers and staff to achieve sales goals.
- Control Inventory: Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain excellent store presentation.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and company policies to maintain a compliant and safe environment.
- Report: Analyze sales data and inventory metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: GCE A-Level or a Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in retail management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership, strong organizational, and effective communication abilities with a capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge: Proven experience in warehouse management and driving sales performance.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computerized environments and ERP systems is an added advantage performance.
- Age: Candidates should be below 40 years of age.
