SENIOR BUSINESS FINANCE ANALYST
The Role
We’re looking for a driven finance professional to lead key reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You'll work cross-functionally to support strategic decisions - from monthly reporting and variance analysis to financial modeling and M&A support - while helping improve overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Financial Analysis and Forecasting.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness and time delivery.
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by working closely with cross functional teams and departmental heads to optimize financial performance of the group.
- Carry out variance analysis to track, budget to actual performance on a monthly basis.
- Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial plans.
- Carrying out finance function improvement projects.
- Perform monthly financial close activities ensuring accuracy and timelines of all journal entries, account reconciliations and reporting deliverables.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and planning systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fully or Part qualified in a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or business finance preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets with experience in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
