- Champion employer branding initiatives through digital platforms, employee storytelling, campus partnerships, and industry events.
- Leverage data-driven insights and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and design effective sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans.
- Design and manage campaigns targeting emerging talent (graduate programs, internships) and niche roles (data science, 5G, AI/ML).
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies throughout recruitment processes.
- Manage recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and quality-of-hire.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in telecom, IT, or high-tech industries.
- Experience in campus hiring and employer branding will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Well conversant in English and Sinhala.
