Senior Draughtsman
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Drafting / AutoCAD.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction drawing preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
Document Controller cum Admin
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field).
- Additional certification in document control or office administration is a plus (e.g., EDMS, ISO documentation training).
Junior Planning Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Additional training or certification in project planning or project management is an advantage (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, PMP Basics).
Senior Civil Engineer
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in site execution and project management.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects, and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
