Requirements:
- Diagnosing and repairing desktop computers, laptops, and UPS units
- Resolving both hardware and software-related issues
- Performing maintenance and repair of printers, plotters, and scanners
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintaining and supporting Wi-Fi networks
- General electronic repairs
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 05 years of hands-on experience in computer and electronic repair
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science
- Proven experience in:
- Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting and repair
- Printer, scanner, and plotter maintenance
- Hardware diagnostics and software issue resolution
- Wi-Fi network maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Relevant certifications in computer hardware or technical support (preferred)
- References must be provided
