SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to enhance sales performance
- Provide regular performance reports and dashboards to sales leadership
- Evaluate and implement new sales tools to enhance productivity
- Develop and manage sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate sales revenue projections
- Analyze individual and team performance to recommend improvement strategies
- Support training initiatives to enhance sales team effectiveness
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous Experience of Automation or dealer Sales Management would be an added advantage
- Age Above 35 years
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills
