Job Description
- Manage and maintain Absentee Landlord Management properties to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and routine maintenance with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant communications, including onboarding, rent collection, complaints and service requests.
- Lease/rent/sell residential and commercial properties.
Requirements…
- 5+ years’ experience in House Keeping or Hospitality Sector
- Customer-oriented and friendly personality
- Good Communication Skills in English will be an added advantage
- The ability to work extended hours and flexibility with working hours is essential
- Age preferred 35 - 50 years
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Havelock City
