Technical Services Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage sales team schedules, documents, and communications.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
  • Maintain records, generate reports, and process service requests accurately.
  • Monitor team performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle delays or issues professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems for efficient data handling and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team coordination and client interaction.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
