Technical Services Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage sales team schedules, documents, and communications.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and process service requests accurately.

- Ensure client satisfaction and handle delays or issues professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems for efficient data handling and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team coordination and client interaction.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.
