Fast Food Cashier | Customer Service Agent
- Greet and assist customers during their visit to your stall at the Food Studio Colombo City Centre or One Galle Face mall.
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Process food orders ensure cleanliness of counter spaces, and package orders.
- Inform customers of any promotions available.
- Process customer orders and record them in the POS System, accept payment (cash/credit card) and return the correct change. Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Place online deliveries and take away packages in the appropriate bags and boxes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
- Clean and arrange cashier counter, service counter.
- Help kitchen staff when needed.
The ideal candidate should
- Be aged between 22 – 30 years.
- Have proven experience in a customer service role.
- Possess excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Possess good mathematical & basic computer skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications and education requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience as a cashier in the Food & Beverage / Hotel industry will be an advantage.
