RESTAURANT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver superior guest experiences, whilst ensuring excellent standard of service are maintained and ensuring excellent standards of service are maintained and ensuring guests satisfactions.
- To be responsible for the total management of the restaurant business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Product Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times.
- Keep regular contact with guests to obtain feedback on service, product quality and staff friendliness.
- Make each and every Guest "HAPPY" and give them a reason to return.
- To be a leader and is passionate and get the team to deliver the company mission.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity in a leading QSR/Hotel/Restaurant.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
- Age below 45.
