Manager – Customer Service Center

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Center Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirement

  • Academic qualification related in Electrical/ Mechanical background (NVQ 6 and above)
  • Minimum 3–4 years of work experience in a similar capacity, with hands on experience in handling inventory & Managing showroom is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Numeric skills to understand financial and budget management.
  • A good communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Residing in Negombo area would be preferred.
