Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Job Role
- Overall responsibility of the quality assurance activities in the factory.
- Ability to initiate and monitor the set SOPs in quality assurance.
- Define standards and ensure consistent quality assurance & QMS methods are adhered.
- Be familiar with buyers’ or customers’ quality standards and have sound knowledge of QA practices.
- Monitor and review factory performance in terms of set KPIs.
- Lead QA reviews and make necessary interventions with the other stakeholders.
Individual Profile
- Degree or Diploma in production/manufacturing or any other related field. MBA in production/manufacturing would have a definite advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry.
- The ideal candidate should be 45 years or below.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have lean manufacturing exposure, especially problem-solving tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to lead and make rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
