Lecturer Cum Programme Leader (School of Business Management) - Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, inspire students through engaging lectures, and contribute to curriculum development. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting assessments, and supporting students in their academic and professional growth.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Experience:
- Ideally under 45 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, particularly in delivering postgraduate-level modules such as Research, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance.
- Prior experience in handling HND, Top-Up, and Master’s degree programmes would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in research supervision.
- A proven track record of teaching in HND, Top-Up, and Master’s degree programs is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong ability to develop, update, and deliver engaging course content aligned with current academic frameworks and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and support both faculty and students.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to promoting a student-centered learning culture.
- Willingness to work on weekends, with two weekdays off.
