Junior IT Support Executive (POS Systems)

Requirements:
- HND, or any other related certificate in the field of IT.
- Experience in POS systems support or application support (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
