Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication skills & fluency in English.
Strong computer literacy - proficient in MS Office, Outlook & MS Teams.
Excellent multitasking & time management skills.
Professional qualifications in HR will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as updating HR database, maintaining employee records and files.
Coordinate Interviews & assist in the recruitment process.
Assist in organizing trainings, events and employee engagement activities.
Help draft HR documents, letters, reports, internal communications such as notices, flyers and posters as required.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies such as the Department of Labour, Central Bank, BOI and the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) to facilitate documentation and obtain necessary support.
HR Inventory Handling.
Coordinate the processing and issuance of Board of Investment (BOI) entry passes in line with organizational requirements.
