ACCOUNTING & FINANCE OFFICER
A well established Pharmaceutical Distribution company based in Moratuwa is looking for an honest & experienced candidate (qualified) for immediate recruitment. The position is suited for a candidate who is seeking a long-term career.
The JOB:
- Manage routine finance operations and maintain professional relationships with banks and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee and verify day-to-day transaction entries (entered by a separate team member).
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting service providers for monthly closing and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise closely with the in-house sales team and operations team to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Assist in financial administration and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Minimum REQUIREMENTS:
- Part-qualified in CA or fully qualified in AAT. A recognized Diploma in Accounting will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple parties.
- Conversant in using Computers & Accounting Software.
