Student Counselor
Key Responsibilities
- Offer academic, career, and personal guidance to students.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Coordinate student support programs like orientation and peer mentoring.
- Support student well-being and development across all touchpoints.
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in student counseling or academic support is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and IT proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Preferred: but not mandatory
- A Master's Degree or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 2+ years' experience in higher education counseling.
- Familiarity with academic processes and youth mentorship.
