INDUSTRIAL SALES MANAGER

AUGFS Lubricants Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings, is Sri Lanka’s first and only local brand to manufacture and market its own range of lubricants, catering to all classes of motor vehicles and industries. Established in 2008, we have successfully challenged a market dominated by multinational brands, setting new benchmarks for locally manufactured lubricants. Our products, blended using state-of-the-art technology and adhering to international industry standards, are trusted for their superior quality and reliability.

With the expansion of our current market segment, Laugfs Lubricant is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Lubricant Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage industrial sales, particularly focusing on government institutional clients.
  • Drive tender participation and strategic bidding processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Government Tender Procedures is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in working with government institutions and building professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of government tender documentation processes, data analysis, and predictive insights to optimize bidding success.
  • Applicants with Engineering, Lubricant or automotive background will be considered as a definite added advantage.
