Assistant Manager Operations
(Day Shift)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure client accounts are worked efficiently, goals and targets are met. Vendors and clients are managed appropriately, and issue and results are communicated effectively.
- An excellent team player who can establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Responsible to maintain benchmark KPI’s, ensure smooth transition of clients from onboarding to operations while meeting service level agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendar.
- 8-10 years of experience, including 4 years in management preferably in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products - Intermediate to Advanced excel skills required.
- Proven people management abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to ethical standards.
- Experience in Athena (Practices Management) software will be an added advantage.
