COST CONTROL
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Cost Control to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will oversee cost control, stores, and receiving functions while playing a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency across 16 food & beverage outlets and 6 banquet venues. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining financial discipline and driving cost-effective strategies across the hotel’s culinary and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost control, stores, and receiving operations in line with SOPs and internal controls
- Perform menu costing, engineering, and profitability analysis
- Track outlet-wise and item-wise performance for financial insights
- Oversee monthly inventory counts and spot checks
- Implement strategies to drive F&B cost savings
- Use SAP, Symphony, and Micros for financial reporting and analysis
