BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to attract and retain clients to expand the customer base
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, to identify potential business opportunities and new clients
- Engage in proactive client outreach activities from time to time
- Utilizing the social media presence and other platforms to enhance the brand presence
- Collaborate with marketing teams in creating compelling content for client acquisition and retention
- Act as the point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and prompt attention to inquiries and concerns
- Conduct client need assessments and deliver tailored solutions to meet specific workspace requirements
- Monitor market trends, industry activities, competitors to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Co-Work
- Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree or diploma in marketing or business administration from a recognized university or institute is required, while partial or full qualification from a recognized professional institute would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ overall experience and minimum 1+ year experience in a similar job role
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills, an ability of focus on quality
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Highly ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, multi-task and work under pressure
