Job Description
- Drive Gold Loan product sales in the assigned region by identifying potential clients, including individuals, small businesses and communities
- Conduct awareness campaigns and promotional activities to increase product visibility
- Assist customers in understanding gold loan products, processes and benefits
- Conduct proper verification and valuation of gold assets
- Monitor Loan Repayment schedules and support collections where necessary
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors and competitive activities within the region
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, finance, or a related industry (experience in gold loans)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
