Basic Salary: Rs. 100,000 + Attractive Commissions
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our growing education team. If you're passionate about driving programs, building relationships, and achieving real impact, this is your chance to lead from the front.
Your Role
- Oversee and drive the performance of educational programs and initiatives
- Manage end-to-end operations including planning, execution, and reporting
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of counsellors and support staff
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve enrolment targets
- Analyse data to optimize student acquisition strategies and program delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Background in education, program management, sales, or marketing is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Age between 25 – 40 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
