The Job
- Raising sales orders, quotations, sales invoices delivery notes, and handling of related via ERP system.
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order status to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, and documentation.
- Handling courier process including coordination with delivery and sales team.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations and ledger entries.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient front office process flow, aligned with company SOPs.
The Person
- Partly qualify in ICASL or Full qualified in AAT or equivalent qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the trading/distribution sector or an audit firm).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office packages.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Good communication skills.
- Age below 27 years.
