OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention
  • Address complex technical issues escalated from first-level support, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Investigate production issues and customer complaints to identify underlying causes and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer support, to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or a related technical role
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with automation technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
