What you need to do
- Plan and coordinate the efficient movement of goods, manage routes, and oversee vehicle fleets.
- Develop budgets, monitor transportation costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Lead drivers, dispatchers, and admin staff while ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Utilize TMS, GPS, and performance data to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, ISO standards (9001 & 45001), and legal transport requirements.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through reliable service and continuous process improvements.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Advanced Diploma in Transport & Logistics or B.Sc. in Transport management or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication with excellent presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing people in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
