Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting, greeting and meeting customer at the front office openings and closing jobs.
- Responsible for handling cashiering duties, including billing and daily cash reconciliation at the front office.
- Providing information to customers on Sterling services & after sales when necessary.
- Handling walk in customer service bookings, reservations and customer inquiries when necessary.
- Updating daily location service reports, organize, maintain files and records; update when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of G.C.E Advanced Level qualification.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is an advantage.
- Be computer literate in MS office packages.
- Good command of English and Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil is an advantage).
- Pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
